Vacancies are available in subjects such as Hindi, English, Sanskrit, Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, Biology, Civics, Economics, History, Geography, Sociology, Arts, Commerce, and Agriculture.

Women Branch – 83 Posts

Reserved exclusively for female candidates in subjects including Hindi, English, Sanskrit, Science subjects, Economics, Geography, History, and Home Science.

Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualifications

Candidates must possess the following qualifications based on the subject applied for:

  • Post Graduate degree in the relevant subject from a recognized Indian university
  • B.Ed degree or L.T. Diploma from a government or government-recognized institution

Subject-Specific Highlights

  • Hindi: Post Graduation in Hindi + Bachelor’s degree with Sanskrit or Shastri degree
  • Sanskrit: Post Graduation in Sanskrit or Acharya degree from a recognized Sanskrit University
  • Biology: Post Graduation in Botany/Zoology/Advanced Zoology
  • Civics: Post Graduation in Political Science
  • Arts: Post Graduation in Fine Arts/Drawing/Painting + B.Ed
  • Agriculture & Commerce: Relevant Post Graduation + B.Ed/L.T. Diploma

All qualifications must be completed on or before 20 January 2026.

Desirable Qualifications

Preference may be given to candidates who have:

  • Served in the Territorial Army for at least two years
  • Obtained NCC ‘B’ or ‘C’ Certificate
  • Obtained NSS ‘C’ Certificate

Experience

  • No mandatory experience required
  • Fresh candidates with required qualifications are eligible
  • Teaching experience will be considered an added advantage

Salary Structure

  • Pay Level: Level-8 (7th Pay Commission)
  • Monthly Salary: ₹47,600 to ₹1,51,100
  • Additional benefits include DA, HRA, TA, annual increments, and government allowances
  • Post nature: Non-Gazetted, Temporary/Permanent (Continuous)

  • Minimum Age: 21 years
  • Maximum Age: 42 years

Selection Process

  • Subject-wise Written Examination (Objective Type)
  • Exam centers: Haridwar and Haldwani
  • Negative marking: ¼ mark deducted for each wrong answer

  • General: 45%
  • OBC/EWS: 40%
  • SC/ST/Ex-Servicemen: 35%
  • PwD: 30%

Final selection will be based on written exam marks, merit list, category-wise vacancies, and subject preference.
