Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
- Engineer Posts: Full-time B.E./B.Tech./B.Sc in the relevant discipline with a minimum of 60% marks from a recognized institution.
- Executive (Human Resource): MBA/PG Diploma in HR/Industrial Relations with at least 60% marks.
- Executive (Finance): CA/CMA or MBA (Finance) with at least 60% marks.
Experience Requirement
- Minimum 1 year of post-qualification experience in the respective field is mandatory.
Age Limit
- Maximum Age: 30 years (as on the last date of application).
- Age Relaxation: As per government norms (SC/ST/OBC-NCL/PwBD candidates eligible for relaxation).
Pay Scale & Benefits
- Basic Pay: ₹50,000 – ₹1,60,000 per month

Selection Process
THDC follows a structured selection process based on the number of applicants.
1. Written Examination (if applicable)
- General Awareness: 15 questions
- Reasoning: 15 questions
- Technical/Discipline-Specific Knowledge: 120 questions
- Total Marks: 150 (negative marking of 0.25 per wrong answer)
2. Personal Interview
- If fewer than 50 applicants apply per post, selection will be done through an interview only.
- Candidates clearing the written test will be called for an interview based on merit.
- Final Selection: 100% weightage to personal interview performance.
