Eligibility Criteria
The eligibility for NCERT Non-Teaching posts varies depending on the position:
- Superintending Engineer: M.Tech or B.Tech in Electronics/ICT with 10–12 years’ experience in media/ICT organizations.
- Production Officer / Assistant Production Officer: Degree/Diploma in Printing Technology with 5–8 years’ experience in publishing or printing organizations.
- Business Manager: MBA or equivalent with 8 years’ experience in sales, marketing, or promotion in a publishing organization.
- Assistant Public Relations Officer: Degree in Journalism/Mass Communication/Public Relations with 3 years’ relevant experience.
- Senior Accountant / Junior Accountant: Graduate in Commerce/Economics with 3 years’ experience for senior posts.
- Junior Hindi Translator: Master’s degree in Hindi/English with translation experience.
- Cameraman, Script Writer, Set Designer, TV Producer: Relevant degrees/diplomas with experience in media production, cinematography, or TV/film production.
- Technician, Audio Producer, Graphic Assistant, Lab Assistant, Store Keeper, LDC: Educational qualifications range from 10th/12th pass to graduate degree/diploma, with varying levels of work experience.

Salary Details
The salary for NCERT Non-Teaching posts is structured according to the 7th CPC pay levels and varies by post:

- Level 11: ₹67,700 – 2,08,700 per month (Production Officer, Business Manager)
- Level 10: ₹56,100 – 1,77,500 per month (Assistant Production Officer, Assistant Engineer, Assistant PRO)
- Level 7: ₹44,900 – 1,42,400 per month (Senior Accountant)
- Level 6: ₹35,400 – 1,12,400 per month (Professional Assistant, Cameraman, Script Writer, etc.)
