Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
Candidates must possess the following qualifications from UGC-recognised universities or AICTE-approved institutions:
- Manager (Civil): Degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture
- Manager (Mechanical): Degree in Mechanical Engineering
- Manager (Electrical): Candidates must hold a degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Engineering, or Electrical & Electronics Engineering.
- Manager (Chemical): Degree in Chemical Engineering OR M.Tech in Applied Chemistry
- Manager (E&I): Degree in Electrical & Electronics / Instrumentation / Electronics & Communication / Applied Electronics / Instrumentation & Control disciplines
Candidates who have obtained their qualifications through Open and Distance Learning are eligible to apply, provided the qualification is duly recognised by the relevant statutory authority.
Experience Requirement
- Minimum Experience: 8 years as an Executive or Officer in Government, PSU, or reputed organizations (as on 02 February 2026).
- Candidates working in Government or PSUs must have at least 2 years of experience in the immediate lower pay scale.
Discipline-wise Experience Highlights
- Civil: Construction management, project execution, RCC structures, railways, roads, piling, and industrial infrastructure.
- Mechanical: Maintenance of heavy equipment, power plants, alumina refinery machinery, project commissioning.
- Electrical: PLC, VFD, transformers, motors, power distribution, alumina refinery electrical systems.
- Chemical: Bayer process, calciner operations, zinc/copper plant processes, refinery commissioning.
- E&I: Experience in field instrumentation, DCS and PLC systems, E&I maintenance, along with exposure to refinery projects.
Experience through contractors or third-party agencies will not be considered.
