Eligibility Criteria
1. Educational Qualification
Candidates must possess any of the following degrees in a Social Science discipline:
- Ph.D.
- M.Phil.
- Postgraduate Degree (Minimum 55% marks required)
2. Desired Skills & Experience
Although not mandatory, the following skills will be highly preferred:
- Experience with advanced statistical methods for causal inference
- Proficiency in STATA, SPSS, or R for data analysis
- Strong research writing and report preparation skills
- Prior experience in social science research projects
Pay Scale
- Monthly Salary: ₹37,000/- (as per ICSSR guidelines)
- Additional Benefits: No extra allowances such as TA/DA, accommodation, or medical benefits.
This is a consolidated salary, and the Research Assistant will receive no additional perks or increments.
Selection Process
The selection process will be based on academic qualifications, experience, and an interview. Here’s how it works:
