Eligibility Criteria

Each position has specific educational and experience requirements. Below is the minimum qualification and experience required for each role:

1. Librarian

  • Candidates must have a Master’s degree in Library Science, Information Science, or Documentation with a minimum of 55% marks.
  • Experience:
    • 13 years as Deputy Librarian in a technical university OR
    • 18 years as a College Librarian.
  • Desirable: Ph.D. in Library Science or related fields.

2. Medical Officer (Psychiatry & Gynecology)

  • Qualification: MD/MS from an MCI-recognized university OR Postgraduate Diploma with 2 years of experience.
  • Preference: Candidates with higher qualifications will be given preference.

3. Assistant Registrar

  • Qualification: Master’s degree with 55% marks.
  • Experience: At least 5 years of administrative experience in a recognized institution.

4. Counsellor

  • Qualification:
    • For Clinical Psychology, applicants should have either an M.Phil. with at least 2 years of experience or
    • an M.A. With at least three years of hands-on experience.
  • Desirable: Ph.D. or PG Diploma in Guidance & Counselling.

5. Technical Officer (Level-III)

  • Qualification: Ph.D. in Computer Science.
  • Experience: 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in software project management and process digitization.

Age Limit:

  • For Librarian & Technical Officer: Preferably below 55 years.
  • For Other Posts: Preferably below 35 years.
  • Age Relaxation:
    • SC/ST: 5 years
    • OBC: 3 years
    • PwBD: Additional 10 years

Pay Scale & Benefits

Selected candidates will receive salaries as per 7th CPC Pay Levels, along with additional benefits such as:

Selection Process
