Who Can Apply? (Eligibility Criteria)
Nationality
- Indian citizens
- Subjects of Nepal/Bhutan
- Tibetan refugees (who settled in India before February 1, 1962)
- Persons of Indian origin who have migrated from select countries with the intent of settling permanently in India
Educational Qualifications & Experience (as of March 1, 2025)
Chief Economist
- Education: Postgraduate in Economics/Econometrics; PhD preferred.
- Experience: Minimum 12-15 years, with at least 5-7 years in a leadership role in banking, finance, or economic research.
Head – Data Analytics
- Education: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Data Science, or MCA. Additional certifications in Data Analytics are a plus.
- Experience: At least 12 years in IT/Banking/Financial Services, with 5-7 years in a senior data analytics role.
Deputy Chief Technology Officer (Channels)
- Education: B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science, IT, Electronics & Telecommunications, or MCA.
- Experience: Minimum 12 years in IT for Banking/Financial Services/Fintech, with 5 years in a leadership role.
Selection Process
- Shortlisting – Candidates will be selected based on qualifications and experience.
- Interview – Shortlisted applicants will be called for an interview (in person or virtual).
- Final Selection – Determined by interview performance and document verification.
Job Conditions & Benefits
- Contract Duration: 3 to 5 years, with an annual performance review.
- Leave Policy: 12 days of casual leave + 15 additional leave days per year.
- Exit Clause: Either party can terminate the contract with three months’ notice.
- No Pension/Retirement Benefits: Since this is a contractual role, there will be no superannuation benefits.
