Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualifications

  1. Management Trainee (Digital Technology)
    • B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science, IT, or Electronics & Communication with 60% marks OR
    • MCA with 60% marks in Graduation & Postgraduation
  2. Management Trainee (Research & Analysis)
    • Postgraduate in Economics with 60% marks
  3. Management Trainee (Rajbhasha)
    • Graduation with 60% marks AND Master’s degree in Hindi or English
  4. Management Trainee (Legal)
    • LLB Degree with 60% marks (for integrated LLB) or 60% in Graduation & LLB
  5. Deputy Manager (Legal)
    • LLB Degree with 60% marks & 1-year legal experience preferred
  6. Deputy Manager (Compliance Officer)
    • Associate Membership (ACS) of ICSI with 60% in Graduation
  7. Chief Manager (Compliance Officer)
    • ACS Membership of ICSI & Graduation with 60% marks
    • Minimum 10 years of work experience (including 5 years post-ICSI membership)

Selection Process

  1. Written Examination – Subject-specific knowledge test
  2. Personal Interview – Shortlisted candidates from the exam will be interviewed

Final Selection Criteria:

  • Written Exam: 70% weightage
  • Interview: 30% weightage

Bond & Service Commitment

  • Management Trainees: ₹3 lakh bond (1-year training + 5-year service)
  • Deputy Manager & Chief Manager: ₹3 lakh bond (3-5 years minimum service)
