Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
- Full-time regular Engineering Degree, MBA, MBBS, or other qualifications as specified for each post
- Minimum 60% marks or equivalent grade (where applicable)
- Degrees must be from UGC/AICTE-recognized institutions
- Distance learning qualifications are not eligible
Experience
- Relevant post-qualification executive experience is mandatory
- Teaching, apprenticeship, internship, part-time, or training experience will not be counted
- For senior posts, experience must be from a Urea/Ammonia fertilizer complex
Desirable Qualification
- Degree in Law (LLB) is desirable for HR-related positions
