Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualifications
Super Specialist
- Postgraduate qualification in the relevant medical discipline
- DM or M.Ch degree in the concerned super specialty
- Valid registration with Medical Council of India or State Medical Council
Specialist
- Postgraduate Degree with minimum 3 years experience after PG
OR - Postgraduate Diploma with minimum 5 years experience after diploma
- Valid medical registration certificate
Senior Resident
- Postgraduate Degree or Diploma in the relevant specialty
- Non-PG candidates must possess at least 2 years of departmental experience
- Must be registered with the Medical Council
Age Limit
- Super Specialist: Maximum 69 years
- Specialist: Below 69 years on interview date
- Senior Resident: Maximum 45 years
Age relaxation will be granted to eligible reserved categories as per government rules.
Salary Scale (Numerical Representation)
Remuneration will be provided on a no work, no pay basis, strictly following ESIC contractual norms.
Approximate Monthly Remuneration
- Super Specialist (Full-Time): ₹2,50,000 – ₹3,00,000
- Specialist (Full-Time): ₹1,20,000 – ₹1,50,000
- Specialist (Part-Time): ₹60,000 – ₹75,000
- Senior Resident: ₹67,700 – ₹1,10,000
Final pay will depend on ESIC rules and assigned duties.
Selection Process
The recruitment will be finalized through the following steps:
- Walk-in Interview conducted by the Selection Committee
- Scrutiny of original certificates and testimonials
- Evaluation of professional experience and suitability
- Medical fitness and background verification
The decision of the interview board shall be final.

Key Terms and Conditions
