Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification & Experience
- OIC: Retired officers from Indian Army, Navy, or Air Force drawing pension through Defence Estimates.
- Medical Specialist / Gynaecologist: MD/MS or DNB in the relevant specialty with at least 3 years of post-qualification experience.
- Medical Officer: MBBS with a minimum of 3 years’ experience after internship.
- Dental Officer: BDS with at least 3 years of work experience.
- Dental Assistant / Hygienist / Technician: Diploma in Dental Hygienist or equivalent Armed Forces course with 5 years’ experience.
- Lab Technician: B.Sc. (MLT) or 10+2 (Science) with DMLT and 3 years’ experience.
- Lab Assistant: DMLT or Armed Forces equivalent with 5 years’ laboratory experience.
- Pharmacist: B.Pharma or 10+2 with PCB and Diploma in Pharmacy, registered as a Pharmacist, with 3 years’ experience.
- Nursing Assistant: GNM Diploma or Armed Forces Nursing Assistant course with 5 years’ experience.
- Physiotherapist: Diploma or Armed Forces equivalent with 5 years’ experience.
- IT Network Technician: Diploma or certificate in IT/Networking with 2 years’ experience.
- Clerk / DEO / Receptionist: Graduate or Armed Forces clerical trade with 5 years’ experience.
- Driver: Minimum 8th pass with valid LMV driving license and 5 years’ experience.
- Chowkidar / Peon: Minimum 8th pass or Armed Forces GD trade with relevant experience.
- Female Attendant / Safaiwala: Literate with minimum 5 years’ experience in relevant fields.
Preference will be given to Ex-Servicemen.

Selection Process
The selection for all posts will be conducted through an Interview. Only candidates fulfilling the prescribed eligibility conditions will be called for the interview.
- No TA/DA will be paid for attending the interview.
- Candidates must bring all original certificates at the time of interview.
General Instructions
- Applications received after the closing date will be rejected.
- Appointment once made cannot be transferred to another ECHS establishment for the first 12 months.
- Candidates must carry original educational certificates, experience certificates, discharge book, PPO, service records, and two passport-size photographs at the time of interview.
- Only one application per candidate is allowed.
