Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification:
- A bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, IT, or a similar field.
- Additional certifications in ServiceNow (CTA/CMA) or relevant ITSM frameworks are preferred.
Experience Required:
- 8 to 12 years of experience in Service Management and Service Assurance.
- Advanced technical expertise in ServiceNow Platform architecture, integration, and implementation.
