Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualifications
- Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Professional Degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Management, or a related field.
- Additional certifications in Oracle SCM, Oracle EBS, or ERP implementation will be advantageous.
Experience Requirements
- 15–20 years of experience in Oracle ERP and Supply Chain Management.
- Extensive experience in Oracle R12 with deep functional knowledge of core Oracle EBS SCM modules, including:
- Order Management (OM)
- Shipping
- Purchasing
- Inventory
- iProcurement
- iSupplier
- Sourcing
- Strong background in presales, requirement analysis, and solution design.
- Hands-on experience handling large-scale global implementations across multiple Legal Entities (LEs) and Operating Units (OUs).
- Experience in Oracle SCM Cloud is a plus.
Technical Skills & Knowledge
- Expertise in customization, integration, and system upgrades within Oracle SCM.
- Ability to strategize and recommend the best supply chain practices.
- Strong understanding of ERP architecture, database management, and enterprise-wide SCM solutions.
