Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualifications
- OIC Polyclinic: Graduate; exclusively for retired Officers of Indian Army, Navy, Air Force drawing pension from CDA; 3 years experience in healthcare or managerial roles; computer literate.
- Medical Specialist / Gynaecologist / Medical Officer: MD/MS/DNB/MBBS in relevant specialty; minimum 3 years post-internship experience; computer literacy; registration with Medical/Dental Council required.
- Dental Officer: BDS; 3 years experience; computer knowledge; age up to 63 years.
- Paramedical Staff (Radiographer, Laboratory Assistant, Technician, Physiotherapist, Nursing Assistant, Pharmacist): Relevant diploma/degree with 3–5 years experience; computer knowledge required.
- Support Staff (Driver, Female Attendant, Chowkidar, Safaiwala, Clerk, DEO, Peon): Minimum education from 8th pass to graduate depending on the post; relevant experience; computer knowledge mandatory.
- Dental Hygienist / Assistant / Mechanic: Diploma or equivalent with 2–5 years experience; computer literacy; registered with Dental Council if applicable.

Reservation: Preference for Ex-Servicemen (ESM) with 60–70% reservation depending on post; remaining for civilian candidates.
Selection Process
- Shortlisting: Candidates meeting eligibility and qualitative requirements will be shortlisted.
- Interview: Shortlisted candidates will be called for offline interviews; interview call letters can be downloaded using login credentials.
- On-the-Job Training (OJT):
- Applicable to OIC Polyclinic, Medical Specialist, Gynaecologist, Medical Officer & Dental Officer.
- Duration: 10 days (unpaid) at the designated polyclinic.
- Certificate required before contract signing.
- Final Appointment: Record of service will start from the date of contract signing.
