Educational Qualification

  • Candidates must have passed 12th class from a board recognized by law in India, or possess an equivalent qualification approved by the government.
  • The required qualification must be completed before applying.
  • Candidates who are appearing or awaiting results are not eligible.
  • Proof of qualification must be produced during document verification.

Preference (Tie-Breaking Only)

In case of equal marks, preference may be given to candidates having:

  • “O” Level Computer Certificate from NIELIT/DOEACC
  • Minimum two years of service in the Territorial Army
  • NCC “B” Certificate

Only one additional qualification will be considered for preference.

Age Limit (As on 01 July 2025)

Male Candidates

  • Minimum Age: 18 years
  • Maximum Age: 22 years
  • Date of Birth: Between 02 July 2003 and 01 July 2007

Female Candidates

  • Minimum Age: 18 years
  • Maximum Age: 25 years
  • Date of Birth: Between 02 July 2000 and 01 July 2007

Age Relaxation

  • Up to 5 years relaxation for SC, ST, OBC, Uttar Pradesh Government employees, and other eligible categories.
  • Ex-servicemen will get age relaxation based on service period.
  • Category-wise details are mentioned in the official notification.

Salary Structure

Selected candidates will be placed in the Pay Level–3 of the 7th Pay Commission.

  • Pay Scale: ₹21,700 – ₹69,100
  • Additional allowances will be applicable as per Uttar Pradesh Government rules.

  1. Written Examination
    • Offline OMR-based exam
    • 150 objective questions
    • Total marks: 300
    • Duration: 2 hours
    • Subjects include General Knowledge, General Hindi, Numerical & Mental Ability, Mental Aptitude, Intelligence, and Logical Ability
  2. Minimum Qualifying Marks
    • Unreserved: 30%
    • EWS / OBC: 25%
    • SC / ST: 20%
  3. Document Verification & Physical Standard Test (PST)
    • PST is qualifying in nature
    • Chest expansion of at least 5 cm is mandatory for male candidates
  4. Physical Efficiency Test (PET)
    • Male: 4.8 km in 25 minutes
    • Female: 2.4 km in 14 minutes
  5. Final Selection
    • Based on written exam marks, reservation rules, merit order, medical fitness, and character verification

General Instructions

  • Vacancies may increase or decrease without prior notice.
  • Reservation benefits are applicable only to Uttar Pradesh domicile candidates.
  • Candidates with criminal records, bigamy cases, or moral turpitude are not eligible.
