Educational Qualification
- Candidates must have passed 12th class from a board recognized by law in India, or possess an equivalent qualification approved by the government.
- The required qualification must be completed before applying.
- Candidates who are appearing or awaiting results are not eligible.

Preference (Tie-Breaking Only)
In case of equal marks, preference may be given to candidates having:
- “O” Level Computer Certificate from NIELIT/DOEACC
- Minimum two years of service in the Territorial Army
- NCC “B” Certificate
Only one additional qualification will be considered for preference.
