Eligibility Criteria
Assistant Engineer (Civil) – Water Resources Department
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent from a recognized university.
- AMIE (Associate Member of the Institution of Engineers), Kolkata, recognized as equivalent qualification.
Assistant Engineer (Civil) – Public Health Engineering Department
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
- Responsibilities include design, survey, drawing, execution, and operation-maintenance of water supply and sewage schemes.
Assistant Engineer (Electrical/Mechanical) – Water Resources Department
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
- AMIE (Institution of Engineers, Kolkata) qualification recognized as equivalent.
Assistant Agricultural Engineer – Agriculture Welfare and Development Department
- A Bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Engineering with a minimum of second-class honors.

Selection Process
The recruitment will be conducted in two stages:
- Written Exam (Objective Type OMR)
- Centers: Indore, Bhopal, Jabalpur, and Gwalior
- Candidates will be shortlisted based on marks obtained (Main exam – 87%, Preliminary – 13%)
- Interview
- Shortlisted candidates from the written exam will be called for the interview.

- Original documents will not be retained by MPPSC. Copies must be submitted for verification during the interview.
