Educational Qualifications & Eligibility

- Graduate in any discipline
- Full-time 2-year MBA/MPM/MHRM/PG Degree/Diploma with specialization in Personnel Management or Human Resources

- In case of dual specialization, HR must be the major subject with higher marks
2. Assistant Manager (F&A)
- Graduate in any stream
- Must have passed Final Exam of ICAI or ICMAI

- Finance specialization must have higher or equal marks in case of dual specialization
3. Junior Engineer (Electrical) Grade-II
