IIIT Kalyani offers B.Tech. programs in Computer Science & Engineering and Electronics & Communication Engineering, an Executive M.Tech. in AI & Data Science, and Ph.D. programs in multiple science and engineering domains. - Ph.D. in a relevant discipline
- At least one publication in a SCI Journal
Assistant Professor Grade-II (Level-11)
- Ph.D. with at least one year of post-Ph.D. experience
- At least one paper accepted in a SCI Journal
- Additional Desirable: Two papers in SCI Journals OR one patent (may be based on Ph.D. work)
Assistant Professor Grade-I (Level-12)
- Ph.D. with 3 years of post-Ph.D. experience OR 6 years of total experience (excluding Ph.D. enrollment)
- Two papers published in SCI Journals (outside Ph.D. work)
- One ongoing sponsored research project
- Additional Desirable: One Ph.D. supervision ongoing, one patent, industry or R&D experience
Associate Professor (Level-13A2)
- Ph.D. with 6 years post-Ph.D. Experience OR a total of 9 years of experience (excluding Ph.D. enrollment)
- 3 years of experience as Assistant Professor at Level-12 or equivalent
- Four SCI journal publications after Ph.D.
- One Ph.D. guided as sole/principal supervisor, plus one ongoing Ph.D. supervision
- Two ongoing research projects OR one ongoing and one completed project
- Additional Desirable: One or more patents, supervising two or more Ph.D. students, strong industry collaborations
