Key Responsibilities
- Pick-Up & Delivery: Collect grocery packets from designated locations and deliver them to customers accurately and efficiently.
- Timely Completion: Ensure on-time deliveries within your assigned delivery slots.
- Customer Interaction: Maintain a courteous and respectful attitude when interacting with customers.
- Cash Handling: Collect payments (if required) and provide accurate billing support when needed.
- App Usage: Utilize BigBasket’s delivery app for route navigation, order tracking, and task updates.
- Product Care: Handle goods with care, especially perishables, to maintain quality during transit.
- Documentation & Records: Report delivery status and issues to the support team if any delays or order changes occur.
