The State Bank of India (SBI), India’s largest public sector bank, has announced a major recruitment drive for Specialist Cadre Officers (SCO) on a contractual basis for its Wealth Management vertical. A total of 996 vacancies have been released for three key posts—Vice President Wealth (Senior Relationship Manager), Assistant Vice President Wealth (Relationship Manager), and Customer Relationship Executive. Salary & Remuneration Package
1. VP Wealth (SRM)
- CTC: Up to ₹44.70 Lakhs per annum (approx. ₹3.72 Lakhs/month).
- 5-year contract (extendable up to 4 more years)
- Eligible for increments, allowances, and Performance Linked Pay (PLP)
2. AVP Wealth (RM)
- CTC: Up to ₹30.20 Lakhs per annum (approx. ₹2.51 Lakhs/month).
3. Customer Relationship Executive
- CTC: Up to ₹6.20 Lakhs per annum (approx. ₹51,600/month).
Contract Terms
- Contract period: 5 years, with a provision for extension or early termination
- Termination notice: 2 months, or compensation in lieu
Educational Qualification & Eligibility Criteria
1. VP Wealth (Senior Relationship Manager)
- Graduation mandatory
- MBA/PGDM/Finance specialization preferred
- Minimum 6 years experience in:
- Banking / Wealth Management / AMCs / Investment Firms
- Strong communication, advisory, and client management skills required
2. AVP Wealth (Relationship Manager)
- Graduation required; PG preferred
- Minimum 3 years experience in similar financial roles
- Should have experience in managing affluent clients
3. Customer Relationship Executive
- Graduation in any discipline
- Experience in customer handling preferred
- Strong communication & coordination skills desirable
Selection Process
The selection will be based on:
- Shortlisting based on candidate profile, experience, and suitability
- Interview (with document verification)
- Final Merit List based on interview marks
- Tie-breaker: Candidate with higher age will be ranked higher
Teaching/training experience will not be counted.
Candidates with adverse background verification will be disqualified.
